Beans with walnuts
Soak beans in water overnight, change a water twice. Cook the beans and change the water twice, also. After they are cooked, pour out water and cool them. Mix in a separate bowl 250 gr. of grinded walnuts, 1 teaspoon of dried coriander, ½ teaspoon of dried savory, ½ teaspoon of saffron, salt and red pepper flakes – to taste. Grind in mortar 50 gr. of parsley and 2 cloves of garlic. Mix everything with beans and add 100 gr. of finely chopped onions.
