Chinese Soup

Slice meat into thin and long strips and put them in a medium-sized pot. Fill the pot with water by half and place it on a medium heat. Add mushrooms after 30 minutes and let it boil for 10 more minutes.

First add minced cabbage and then rice noodles in 5 minute (boil water in a separate pot and cook rice noodles for 5 minutes. Add it together with water into another pot, next to the other ingredients). Remove it from the stove.
Serve

Add oil, salt and pepper in the end and remove from the stove. Serve warm.
