Salt baked salmon

5 kilogram
salt
4 kilogram
Dill

1

Clean the fish and disembowel it. Rub the salt inside the fish and stuff with all bunches of herbs and orange cut into circles.

Mix water, egg whites and salt and line the mixture on one side of a pan. Place the fish on the line and smear the salty mix on top and both sides of it.

Bake the salmon in the oven on 200C for 50-60 minutes.
Serve

When baked break the salt coat with your knife handle and cut the fish in portions.
