Clean the shrimp - remove the shell, leave the tail and head. Make an incision from head to tail and remove the dark vein.
Fry the bacon and then, on this same pan shrimps. At the end, sprinkle with pepper.

Wash the lettuce. Peel the avocado and cut into slices. Cut kiwi and pineapple. Crush the lettuce.

Prepare the sauce: Peel the mango and whisk in a blender along with cream, mint, two cloves of garlic, salt and olive oil.
